Josephine & Co. creates custom handmade heirloom pieces from customer-submitted garments, textiles, and sentimental materials. Because each piece is made from personal materials with unique age, condition, structure, and history, natural variations, imperfections, fabric changes, and design limitations may occur and are part of the custom heirloom process.

By placing an order and submitting materials, customers acknowledge that those materials may be permanently altered, cut, sewn, stabilized, pressed, reconstructed, or otherwise transformed and cannot be returned to their original condition once production begins. Josephine & Co. is not responsible for the sentimental, emotional, historical, or personal value of submitted materials beyond the terms stated in our policies and customer agreement.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all applicable policies before ordering, including our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Make It Right Policy, and Custom Materials Agreement.

Any names, logos, team marks, brand marks, or trademarks appearing on customer-submitted garments or materials remain the property of their respective owners. Josephine & Co. is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to any third-party brand, organization, school, team, or company unless expressly stated.
