Refund policy

Because each Josephine & Co. heirloom is custom made from personal garments and meaningful textiles, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges once production has begun.

However, we do stand behind our craftsmanship. If there is a workmanship concern or your finished piece does not reflect the agreed-upon order details, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and determine the best way to make it right.

Natural variations, signs of wear, fabric texture, fading, staining, and other characteristics from the original materials are part of the heirloom nature of each piece and are not considered defects.
